On-Property: Of course, you can enjoy your own private beach at Salty Sway Villas. We recommend water shoes when entering the ocean from the private beach, as we have coral very close to the shore. There is great snorkeling right from the beach. We also offer kayaks and paddle boards. Watch children at all times, there is no lifeguard on duty.

Next Door: You can visit the beach nextdoor at Limetree Beach Resort and enjoy the convenience of the beach bar restaurant, Lanai. As of now, if you buy from the restaurant, they’ll allow you to swim in the pool as well. 

Magen’s Bay: Regularly rated the most beautiful beach in St Thomas, Magen’s Bay is just a short drive away (15-20 min). Magen’s Bay has multiple beach bars for drinking and dining, but you can also bring your own cooler! Feeling adventurous? Hike the almost 2 mile trail to the beach and be rewarded with a beautiful (and much less crowded) end of the bay and park for free. The trailhead is marked on Google Maps. You can also park right by the beach, for $5 per adult. 

Bongolo Bay: Just a 5-10 min drive away is Bongolo Bay. This is a beautiful beach with a full resort and great beach bar. Iggies is a great stop for food and drinks. Once again, if you buy from the restaurant you can use their pool and swim up bar. 

Coki Beach: Just a 5-10 min drive away and offers great snorkeling. Every Sunday there’s a local beach party with a DJ.
